This is a presentation that Craig Grimes made on behalf of Experience Community CIC at the 5th Responsible Tourism in Destinations Conference on the 28th June in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The presentation is about different ways of providing useful tourism information for disabled people and uses the William Watson Lodge, Kananaskis, Alberta as a case study.
