This DVD shows how packaging is evolving through new design solutions, to reduce the amount of materials used and to increase the amount of recycled and recyclable content. It first explores the role of packaging, before speaking to the head of food packaging at M&S to see how it is being reduced across their food and clothing ranges. Then, we look at how plastic bottles are recycled into new food grade plastic, before being formed into containers and filled with salads for the M&S Food to Go range. We then assess the future potential of packaging made from sustainable raw materials. " Provides brilliant, up-to-date industry case studies, clear and well structured. This type of information is ideal for helping students prepare for the AQA A2 Product Design, Unit 3 Exam Paper.
